THE CHRISTMAS TREE TRAIN

(V) Rusty and Buttons find themselves far away from Chucklewood Park when they accidentally stowaway on the Christmas Tree Train. Two cubs alone in the big city, what an adventure! But will anyone help them find the way home?

WHICH WITCH IS WHICH?

(I) It's Halloween, and the adventures are never ending for Buttons and Rusty. Join your favourite furry friends as they try to outsmart the bad guys in another tale from the Chucklewood Forest.

 

THE TURKEY CAPER

(S) Buttons and Rusty learn about Thanksgiving, and they rescue some turkeys.

 

A CHUCKLEWOOD EASTER

(S) Buttons and Rusty learn about Easter, and they disguise themselves as bunny rabbits and sneak into a factory. They discover a number of rabbits were there making Easter eggs, and they meet the Easter Bunny.

(I) It's a high flyin', springtime adventure when Buttons and Rusty borrow a broken model car and turn it into a miraculous Adventure Machine.

(I) After the cubs present Mother Nature with a gift, she makes Mother's Day beautiful for all of the moms in Chucklewood.

HONEYBUNCH

(V) When a new and adorable cub, Barbette, comes to Chucklewood Forest on Valentines Day, Buttons gets a real case of spring fever. After Ranger Jones explains the holiday, Buttons decides he wants to present Barbette with a very special Valentine... honey from her home town! Using the Adventure Machine, Buttons and Rusty travel to get the honey. There are some bumps in the road, but Barbette loves the gift and Buttons' spring fever is cured.

(S) Buttons and Rusty use their Adventure Machine to travel to Crystal Bayou, so Buttons could get honey for Bearbette. They learn that it was being guarded by an alligator named Lester. Buttons and Rusty use several attempts to get past him but none of them worked. They fall into the quicksand, and Lester leaves them to drown. Lester returns to help them out when he learns they were friends of Bearbette, and he gives them the honey. When Bearbette receives her valentine present from Buttons, she didn't believe that it came from Crystal Bayou, until Buttons said Lester's name. Rusty walks out of the cave, hoping he never catches spring fever, and he does when he meets a cute fox girl named Frisky.

T'WAS THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS

(V) Buttons and Rusty decide to hold a Christmas celebration for all the critters of Chucklewood Park. However their preparations are interrupted, by a very strange creature who keeps scaring all the other critters. The Christmas celebration is a delightful time for Buttons and Rusty where they meet with old friends and have a lovely surprise.

SCHOOL DAZE

(I) This animated tale stars Buttons and Rusty in the adventure of their lives! When the two Chucklewood Critters ditch school, they find themselves in a whole mess of trouble.

(V) All the Critters in Chucklewood Forest are dreading the return to School. When Buttons and Rusty sneak out for an adventure during one of their lessons, they find themselves in a whole mess of trouble. They get lost in a cave and sidetracked by coyotes, but through kindness and friendliness the two cubs make it back to Chucklewood Forest having realized that they have a lot to learn.

MUDCATS GALORE

(S) Buttons and Rusty learn about the endangered mudcats, and decided to help them, but they don't know what they look like and they accidentally mistaken them for a couple of wild pigs.

 

CHUCKLEWOOD COUSINS

(S) When Buttons' cousin Bruce visits Chucklewood and shows off in front of his friends, Buttons loses his confidence. With a little help from Lester, Rusty helps Buttons get his confidence back, and Bruce learns an important lesson.

 

THE SALMON ARE RUNNING

(S) Buttons is caught in a dilemma, and has to choose to ether go fishing with his father, or go to Bearbette's birthday party. Buttons and Rusty come up with a way for Buttons to do both. The plan works well until they run into a mountain lion which was loose in the forest and could be dangerous, or is he?

 

THE BIG ONE

(S) Earthquakes are mysteriously occurring in Chucklewood Forest, and Buttons and Rusty meet a young elephant and his mother, who were responsible for the earthquakes.

 

NO CAVE LIKE HOME

(S) All the critters are forced to evacuate Chucklewood, when they hear explosions from a mountain, which they think is a volcano. When they learn what was really happening, they all return.

 

MOTHER NATURE'S MISSING

(S) A barrel of chemicals falls into the Chucklewood creek and Mother Nature becomes effected by the water from the creek, which causes strange things to occur around the forest, like a rainbow at night time. Buttons and Rusty set off to find a flower called the Sheppard's Goblet which will save Mother Nature and restore the natural balance in Chucklewood.

 

AN EYE FOR A TOOTH

(S) There's a rumour of food shortage in the forest and the cubs meet a Travelling Trader and they exchange Abner's tools for a barrel of food, but it was full of straw. The cubs go on a search to get the tools back, and the search leads them from one critter to another, who have used the tools. Surprisingly the last critter to trade for the tools was Abner. After that they chase the Travelling Trader out of Chucklewood.

THE MYSTERY OF THE SNEAKY SNACKER

(S) The Critters celebrate Chucklewood's birthday, and when a bobcat named Jonah comes to Chucklewood, food starts mysteriously disappearing, and Jonah is accused of stealing and eating the food. Buttons and Rusty set a trap to catch the real thief.

 

ANYTHING YOU CAN DO...?

(S) When Buttons and Bearbette have an argument about who is better between boy cubs and girl cubs, Freddy decides to have a contest. While Bridgett and Rosie were visiting Grandma Bear's, Abner and George were left to cook dinner and accidentally cause a fire. Buttons and Bearbette learn an important lesson from Franklin and they all work together to help Buttons and Rusty's dads with the cooking, before their moms come home.

RAGING RIVERS

(S) Buttons and Rusty set off for adventure, water rafting and camping, and are caught in the rapids. They reach a cave and meet a critter named Selma, who ran away from something scary. When they return home, Buttons and Rusty learn another lesson, and they were in time fore their inoculation, which was what Selma was afraid of.

 

SCENTER OF ATTENTION

(S) When Rocky Ridge, which was on the other side of a ravine from Chucklewood is caught on fire, a skunk named Eugene escapes it and meets Buttons and Rusty. They introduce him to their friends but they found his scent a little disturbing. When Eugene accidentally scares everyone away, he decides to return to Rocky Ridge which was still on fire. The fire was finally put out, and Eugene and his folks thank Buttons and Rusty for everything.

TIMEOUT

(S) Buttons and Rusty enter a cave which leads them to an underground world and there they meet a young dinosaur named Bubbles.

 

FAMILY FEUD

(S) Buttons and Rusty's fathers start arguing, then their mothers start arguing. Buttons and Rusty must think of a plan to stop the feud between their folks before it ruins their friendship.

 

WINTER WONDER

(D) It's winter in Chucklewood and Buttons and Rusty get lost in a sudden blizzard.

 

THE CREATURE FROM CHUCKLEWOOD LAKE

(D) Buttons and Rusty glimpse something in Chucklewood Lake and are convinced they have discovered a relative of the Loch Ness Monster.

 

WHERE DID I COME FROM?

(D) The critters learn about family trees and how not all families are the same.

(S) Frisky and the other cubs learn about how she was adopted.

 

NORA KNOW IT OWL

(D) Franklin's Aunt arrives at Chucklewood Park, full of amazing stories and Franklin confides to Jonesy that no one seems to need him anymore.

 

SPRING ETERNAL

(D) During a dry spell at Chucklewood Park the critters learn how to conserve water.

 

THE GRAM WHO CAME TO DINNER

(D) Buttons' Gram comes to stay and twists her ankle, making everyone grumpy and impatient until Franklin reminds the cubs how much fun Gram can be.

(S) She tells a story to the critters, with them as the main characters.

 

THE WISHING STONE

(D) Exploring a new cave, Buttons and Rusty discover some old Indian artefacts, in particular a shiny stone which they come to believe has magical powers.

SMILE PLEASE LESTER

(D) The critters visit Lester in the Bayou, but Lester isn't himself. After investigation it turns out he has a toothache but is too scared to visit the dentist.

 

THE LONE PONY

(D) The cubs find a lost pony separated from his herd and Bearbette decides to look after him, but the cubs discover that wild animals are best to be kept that way.

 

UNIDENTIFIED FURRY OBJECT

(D) Franklin teaches the cubs about space travel and really fires their imagination when a strange new creature appears in Chucklewood.

 

THE TREASURE OF CHUCKLEWOOD: PART 1: THE SEARCH

(S) Buttons and Rusty found a treasure map in someone's house located in a cave near a waterfall. They went to Ranger Jones' station to tell him, and they overheard him talking to Ranger Hardwick. The rangers were talking about the possibility of the park closing down, and the cubs being sent to the zoo. Buttons and Rusty decided to run away, feeling betrayed. If they stayed to hear the whole conversation, they would know that Ranger Jones wouldn't do that. They wrote a note to their folks on the other side of the map they found, and they left it on Abner's deck chair. The wind sent the note flying, and went from one place to another.

Bearbette and Frisky invited Skeeter, Turner, and Freddy to a picnic, and Buttons and Rusty's note ended up in the picnic basket. Buttons and Rusty's parents began to search for the cubs when they learnt that they were missing. Three wolves found the Adventure Machine, and take it for a ride, and they left it somewhere. Buttons and Rusty's friends came across the Adventure Machine, and Turner and Skeeter used it to search for them. Buttons and Rusty made it back to the house where they found the treasure map, and they met Zachary who owned the house, and the treasure. Buttons, Rusty, and Zachary ended up being stuck in the basement, with no way out.

 

THE TREASURE OF CHUCKLEWOOD: PART 2: THE RESCUE

(S) Bearbette and Frisky made food for the picnic, and Turner and Skeeter returned with bad news. Buttons and Rusty found a way out of the basement, and they helped Zachary out. A storm came towards Chucklewood, and it started to rain. Buttons and Rusty's friends finally found the note they left for their folks. Buttons and Rusty's folks finally found the note, then they meet up with the other critters. Zachary's house got cought in the storm and was sent across the river. Buttons and Rusty's folks, Ranger Jones, and the wolves teamed up to rescue Buttons, Rusty and Zachary from going over the waterfall. Zachary found his treasure, and Ranger Jones said that it could take care of the budget problems. Ranger Jones also said that the real treasure of Chucklewood is the Chucklewood Critters.

 

ARRIVAL OF THE FITTEST

(S) Buttons and Rusty learn about the Olympics, and when a family of grizzly bears take over Buttons and Rusty's cave, they compete with the grizzlies in an Olympics tournament to win their home back.
